XION Announces BELIEVATHON Winners, Showcasing Blockchain’s Next Wave of Innovation

XION has officially announced the winners of BELIEVATHON, its highly competitive startup event that attracted over 500 builders from around the world. The competition spotlighted some of the most forward-thinking projects in blockchain, spanning sectors from decentralized finance and privacy to consumer applications and interoperability. The grand prize went to Aura, an NFC-powered loyalty system designed to bridge physical and digital experiences seamlessly. By winning $8,000 and securing fast-track entry into XION's ACCELERAXION program, Aura has positioned itself as a leader in Web3-enabled consumer engagement, leveraging blockchain technology to reshape how brands and customers interact. In the Network Growth Track, XIONMarkets emerged victorious with its AMM-powered prediction market platform, which focuses on permissionless participation and community-driven expansion. The Privacy Track saw Nexorad take the win with a zero-knowledge human verification system, which assigns trust scores while maintaining user anonymity—an innovation that could play a crucial role in identity verification without compromising privacy. In the Consumer Track, Sendit impressed judges with its KYC-free digital commerce platform, designed to tokenize creator content while lowering barriers for digital transactions. Meanwhile, PayxPay took home two major awards—Interoperability Winner and Best Mobile App—for its payment system that enables local fiat transactions with automatic stablecoin conversion, particularly aimed at regions suffering from hyperinflation. The project’s Telegram mini-app design also earned it recognition as the best mobile application in the competition, highlighting its commitment to financial inclusion. From an initial pool of over 500 applicants, 35 projects were shortlisted, with all winners gaining direct exposure to leading venture firms, including Multicoin, Figment, and Arrington Capital. The competition showcased the transformative potential of blockchain-powered solutions, reinforcing XION’s mission to accelerate mainstream adoption of Web3 technologies.
